FRSC Academy to be upgraded to Degree-awarding Institution

National University Commission (NUC), has approved the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Academy as a degree awarding institution.

Boboye Oyeyemi, FRSC corps marshal, made this known in Owerri, after a meeting with Francis Eze, Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). He said that NUC had allowed the FRSC academy to be affiliated with the University as a prerequisite for the upgrading.

Man-United And Man-City Donate N500m to Support Victims of Manchester Arena attack

Manchester United and Manchester City Football Clubs have today come together to pledge £1million (nearly N500million) to the 'we Love Manchester Emergency Fund'The fund was set up to assist the families and dependants of the 22 people who died in the Manchester Arena terrorist attack, which also left 64 people injured, many of them critically.
